INTRODUCTION

1. JoinAgile Competency Testing System is the name of the main Service offered by its author, Dmitri Iarandine, on this website. The user-facing and underlying elements of it (including and not limited to the actual User Interace, back-end scripts, configuration files, Database with the User and Test information) are also frequently referred to as the "Portal", "Service", or "Offering".
2. The terms "JoinAgile", "JoinAgile Initiative", "JoinAgile Training", "JoinAgile.com", "I", "we", "us", "our" or any grammatical variation of the preceding terms shall refer to the sole trader business identity of Dmitri Iarandine, founder of this Service, professional Agile Coach and Trainer, whereas the terms “you”, “your” or any grammatical variation shall refer to our clients or users of any of our Services including but not restricted to our websites, mobile applications, online skill testing systems, interactive web-page embedded scripts, or e-mails.
3. JoinAgile’s Privacy Policy shall apply to the information obtained via our website(s), through emails, through information obtained through third parties and shall govern our behavior related to all services offered by us. But this document shall not curtail JoinAgile’s right to publish privacy policies specifically corresponding to one or more services.
4. Queries regarding our Privacy Policy can be sent through any mode of communication specified by us in any of our web interfaces or social media online presence such as on Twitter, or the LinkedIn network.

Information Collection and Usage

1. Information provided by you.

   You shall be required to provide some personal information when using our main Service, communicating with us through other means, accessing our other services across the supported platforms.

   It will always be up to you how much personal information about yourself and any third parties trusting you with their personal information you'd choose to disclose to us.

   This means that the decision of whether to use your real name and email address when registering for our service, or use some kind of a less sensitive pseudonym and online identity instead is left entirely up to you, and your own risk.

   When it comes to your registration details and personal information you would choose to share with JoinAgile, the only non-negotiable requirement from our end is the ability for us to link this identity with the real persona of someone representing a valid business entity engaged in professional recruitment or hiring Agile Delivery and Product specialists.

   This is done to ensure that we are dealing with real people, and don't register hoax accounts fishing for our Intellectual Property as well as the elements of your own data.

   Due to the nature of our main Service, the following information will be requested from you in order for our Service to work as intended:

   • Your Name - pseudonyms, nicknames are accepted and won't be shared with anyone.
   • Your Email - needs to be valid as this will be primary method of us communicating with you.
   • Your Password - case-sensitive, stored in our Database in obscured "hashed" format as part of your User record.
   • Basic identification information for your "Candidates" - people you'd like to request any of our Competency Tests for. This information would include your Candidate's - Name or Nickname, and their valid Email Addresses as this is how our self-service Testing System will communicate with them for the competency testing and results-sharing purposes.
2. Automatic Information Collection.

   JoinAgile and its Services might collect some not sensitive information every time you make use of any of our websites. This information might be collected without your prior permission. This information might be collected for the sole purpose of improving our Service to you over time, and making any further content modifications (such as default language of the web interface for example) more relevant to your needs.

   This information might include but not be limited to Traffic Data and Information of the visitors of our web pages which include your IP address, Operating System and browser type of your device being used for communication.

   On certain occasions we might use JavaScript or similar software to collect information about your usage of our websites such as the duration of the session, response times etc. when you access our web pages. We might choose to take appropriate measures to receive information regarding the delivery of our e-mails or information regarding when you accessed our email(s).

3. Information collected in the abovementioned procedures shall strictly be used for providing our better services to you. We will try to abstain from collecting superfluous information.

Sharing User Information

1. Your Personal Information such as Name and Email address(es), as well as similar information you've decided to disclose about any third parties that entrusted you with it (such as the "Candidates" who you will be requesting Competency Tests for via our main Service) are always hidden from general public and other registered Users browsing our website(s). WE WILL NEVER SHARE ANY OF THIS INFORMATION WITH THE THIRD PARTIES, unless required to do so by law.
2. JoinAgile could release customer information if required to do so by law. Besides, JoinAgile holds the rights to share customer information with law enforcement agencies for maintenance of law and order, protection from fraud etc.

Security of Information

JoinAgile makes use of the recommended practices such as PHP password hashing for database storage to ensure that user information is not misused or accessed without authority. Steps shall be undertaken by JoinAgile to ensure that user information is not altered or destroyed to the detriment of its users.

While every effort will be made to ensure this information is secure, JoinAgile shall not be held liable for loss of data or any unauthorized access to the user information stored by us.

Third party websites and Servers

Third party websites may use certain technology to send the content of our web site. Third parties may host the servers that deliver our hosted services to our users. For example, they may automatically receive your IP address when you visit our website or communicate with us through other means. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that third parties may have, and the information practices of these third party web sites or servers are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We might make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time, at our own discretion and without any particular notice to our users. It is expected that the users of our Service and any other web pages of JoinAgile.com check in and read our Privacy Policy regularly to make themselves aware of any amendments made to our Privacy Policy.

JoinAgile Training shall not be liable for any delay in the in publication of the amended Privacy Policy.
